Our high-speed microscopes are designed for automated operation in the clean room. The systems are also equipped with a filter unit. Manual or automated loading can take place via a lifting door.

The MV.EYE MI1 high-speed microscope is designed to examine large-area microstructures quickly and with high resolution. We inspect an area of ​​up to 750mm² every second with a 1µm² pixel resolution.

MABRI.VISION enables a high light yield despite fast scans. Thanks to innovative TDI camera technology, our MV.EYE MI1 high-speed microscope can maximize the light output of our line scan camera by a factor of 256.  

Our smart focus system enables in-process focus tracking. With a surface sensor, we detect the smallest changes in the surface height, which are tracked with precise location directly during the scanning process.

We set new standards. Our MV.EYE MI1 high-speed microscope is designed for the inspection of recurring structures. For maximum process speed, processing takes place in parallel with data acquisition. With us even 2 million exams are not uncommon.
