To expand our team, we are looking for a part-time customer and sales manager (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer relationships, strategically tracking leads, organizing sales appointments and implementing customer satisfaction measures. Your tasks:
• Proactive tracking of leads and their documentation in our CRM system
• Independent research and acquisition of new customers on professional business platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)
• Organization and coordination of sales appointments
• Creation and dispatch of newsletters to our customers
• Working closely with our sales team and assisting in the maintenance of key accounts
• Use of state-of-the-art AI-supported tools to efficiently address new customer bases, which promotes your personal development and skills in the areas of technology and sales

Your qualifications:
• Completed commercial training or a Comparable qualifications
• Experience in internal sales, ideally in a technology-oriented environment
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in dealing with CRM systems and Newsletter tools are an advantage
