Quality assurance with SchauML - A step forward for quality testing of meter goods!

The common, overarching goal of the SchauML research project was to prototype the economically sensible use of automated goods inspection systems using machine learning for complex products in small and medium-sized companies using the case study of complex textiles. The project received funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

We would like to take this moment to thank ENTWURFREICH, the Chair of Image Processing at RWTH Aachen University and the ITA Institute for Textile Technology at RWTH Aachen University for an outstanding collaboration!

During the testing phase with WKS Textilveredlungs-GmbH, we overcame various challenges together, developed new solutions and achieved significant results that would not have been possible without this synergetic partnership.

A special thank you goes to the entire team, whose dedication and expertise contributed significantly to the success of the SchauML research project. Their willingness to find creative and future-oriented solutions laid the foundation for the success of the research project.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and are confident that the SchauML research project will accompany many small and medium-sized companies into the future of quality assurance.
