MABRI.VISION offers a vision system for windshield inspection, primarily designed for primer detection. To check the presence and uniformity of the primer, which is applied to the cleaned edge of the windshield before the adhesive is applied, MABRI.VISION uses near-infrared illumination. The inline inspection system can be supplemented with a robot connection and integrated into your production processes.

Presence exam
In order to enable reliable presence and uniformity testing of the primer layer in the process, MABRI.VISION relies on the use of lighting in the near infrared range.
