Beyond checking form and position tolerances and detecting surface defects and contamination on complex injection-molded parts, MABRI.VISION offers a complete solution for print image inspection. This allows for the inspection of both print and application characteristics. Form and position tolerances
The MABRI.VISION inspection system enables reliable testing of shape and height and also provides information about positional tolerances.
Defect detection
Detect defects on both the injection-molded part and the printed image during the production process. The application of the printed image is also checked.
completeness
The MABRI.VISION testing system performs a complete inspection of your injection-molded products, checking, among other things, the completeness of the printed image.
Contamination
The inline-capable vision system not only detects contamination on the injection-molded part, but also, for example, discoloration on the printed image.
